Refund Policy

ComSec Sydney Training outlines the rights of a consumer to receive a refund on either a product or service. Whilst ComSec Training will issue refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, however, please note that refunds will generally NOT BE granted includes 
 
Postage fees 
If a course is cancelled after class date is started by the learner after the payment is made
Learners/Students who are not able to attend the course
Materials/goods purchased from ComSec Sydney  Training 
Not Able To Meet The Requirement Of The Academic Conduct Policy
 
We refund payment if cancelled 48 hours before the course begin date
